As you may have noticed, I haven’t been putting much time and/or effort into this blog, the main reason being it takes too much time and/or effort.
So please redirect your attention towards my new tumblr. I switched over to tumblr because they make it much easier to quickly post random things that I find online.
Also, please check out my other blog, The Pack Hold, devoted to men’s bags.
Just as my taste in denim started to shift towards fashiony, European jeans, I watch this trailer and my interest in vintage and American-inspired jeans is revitalized. This documentary looks really interesting because it follows both American and Japanese denim enthusiasts and the culture that they are a part of. I don’t know anything about this film, so I’d appreciate it if someone could enlighten me about where and when I can watch it. Maybe I should google it…
I love to see designers step out of their boundaries, for example: Audi Design designing this beautiful piano. The piano, entitled Wing, was built by Vienna-based Bosendorfer. The sleek form and lines are not surprisingly reminiscent of a car. More pictures and info can be found at autoevolution.
Before you jizz your pants, this isn’t a real Apple product, just a mock up by designer Edwin Tofslie. I’m extremely impressed not only by the product itself, but also the way in which it’s presented.
There are so many web comics, most of which are boring and unfunny. A good web comic, in my opinion, requires two things: wit and recognizable characters. I just stumbled upon Savage Chickens, which has both qualities. It seems to have been on the web for a while, I wonder why I haven’t found it earlier.
There’s a new drink in my life, now that I can finally find it outside of that one gas station in Newbury Park. I highly recommend Watermelon Arizona. Previous drink is to the far right (I still love you, Sobe Orange Cream)
Lamar Odom is proof that candy addicts such as myself, who are eating a box of Charleston Chews as they blog, can be successful and tall. There is hope for me! (thanks to A. Liu for the vid)
